it kinda looked like one to me. did you see the WF player's response 
when asked? he didn't think it was a handball -- the referee did not 
call a handball. pretty close to a quote I saw in the paper.

not that OSU deserved to win. i was not happy about their rough play. 
they looked so much better two days ago. disappointing for me.
