That's a pretty cynical view. Regular-season HS games at PGE draw 
maybe 1,000 fans, and not much in concessions. MLS would draw better 
than that, and concession revenue would multiply. Portland is all 
about the cash flow, so the city would favor MLS.

However, it will never happen. MLS will get to Seattle, eventually, 
but never to Portland. That's just the way it is.
