Maybe some credit needs to go to the American sporting public for realizing that becasue a team is in a league or from a country where football is BIG time, if the visting team is NOT big time, they aren't worthy of the ticket prices charged.
 
Everton is not all that, and certainly Crystal Palace and Sheffield Wednesday aren't anything for people to get excited about either.
