[nas] training camp roster changed:

"Taylor Twellman has been removed from the roster in order to continue
rehabilitation from groin injuries incurred during the 2006 season.
Bradley has added defenders Danny Califf (Aalborg BK, Denmark) and Todd
Dunivant (New York Red Bulls) to the mix, and has now included Kansas
City Wizards forward Eddie Johnson."
