[nas] US National Team Competition 2004 winner

Congratulations to Mark Coker for winning the US National Team Prediction 
Competition this year!  Mark, you surged into the lead in September.  A 
few other contestants tried to get close during the closing games.  But it 
was too little, too late.

Thanks to all those who participated.  Next year starts with a friendly in 
January.
