Just not close enough to the heart of South
Cackalackey for the prices to drop from the $350-$560
range. :0)

This is a great point, I too am glad to see a
"non-traditional" city pull down a qualifier and am
sure I am just being paranoid AND that the folks in
B-ham will do all they can to support the guys.
