Apparently not.  A study from just a couple years ago in the EPL claimed 40% of 
all offside calls are missed.  There's a pretty powerful argument building for 
some type of reform.

You know what can happen through experience driving in these situations every 
day. Plus you think ahead, and you antiscipate movement by other drivers, and 
you stay calm. 

Don't good Officials do that? :-)
