No.  Tehre have been delays, but I'm told they're not the kind that would 
scotch the deal.

Should be the Rapids at least, and DCU and RSL have pretty (equally) good 
shots.  (In RSL, more than one location has stepped forward as being 
interesting, which is what makes that situation look more like Bridgeview than 
like Harrison to me).
