March 30 vs Guatemala:  Foxboro.  Still cold, longlong
travel time for the opponent.

June 4/5 vs Costa Rica:  Uhm <showing bias> PORTLAND. 
Why?  History.  Make 'em sweat the crowd.

August 17 vs T & T:  Denver.  Make the islanders play
at altitude in dry heat.

September 3/4 vs Mexico:  Where else?  Columbus.  Not
another Guerra Frio (sp?) but good juju for US.

October 12 vs Panama:  Chicago.

It won't happen that way but that's my suggestions.
