Can anyone add to this timeline?

1994 - Virginia SportsPlex (VB Mariners)
1996? - Blackbaud (Charleston Battery)
1998 - Lockhart Stadium
1999 - Columbus Crew Stadium
2003 - Home Depot Center
2005 - Frisco
2006 - Bridgeview, Rochester

I know Des Moines had stadium plans, as did the Utah Blitzz - but I  
haven't seen any news regarding groundbreakings. There's also the Indiana  
Blast's stadium, built for the '89 Goodwill Games I think but it was  
soccer-specific IIRC.
