RE: [nas] NEW RULES AND Chivas news

Lost in this whole debate iks how the use off these YI
slots is not mandatory. Same for the SI slots. Chivas
will use all of them and trade for some more. Others
might not waste the time and money if they can fill it
with an American.

Saying these rules will doom the league is like saying
the signing of Freddy Adu will vault MLS into big-time
status. The future is filled with small steps. This
may be one forward, This may be one backward. Only
time will tell. But the investment coming into the
league makes me personally believe that more forward
steps are in MLS' future.
