No doubting that.  Not a lot of residents thrilled with the idea of coughing
out $400M+ for a stadium.  Yeah, D.C. definitely has that kind of money to
throw around right now.

However, a privately funded soccer stadium sounds just right.  How about RFK
as a baseball only stadium!
