Where do the candidates stand on the Beautiful Game? Kerry played it some, 
but never mentions that, and is now a Sox fan. Bush said in one appearance 
(in 2000 I think) that he doesn't get soccer, he's a baseball guy. But 
he's never done anything against soccer either. Unless you consider what 
those Iraqi players said afterward, but then maybe they're just ungrateful 
whiners who should be glad they're not being caned for losing anymore.

As you can see, soccer is a complex, nuanced issue, until somebody 
pledges to cut through the red tape and get the MetroStars stadium built.
