Game of Their Lives - about the 1950 WC team. A few inaccuracies but a good 
read.

Shep Messing also wrote one back in the heyday of the NASL

Dave Litterer was involved in a nice collective - The Encyclopedia of American 
Soccer History

However, there's always room for more books. I've always wanted to read one 
about the history,development, characters up in the MA-CT-RI area, say 1800s to 
1960s... (If anyone knows of anything like it...)
