I will continue to assert that Mapp is more exciting for fans to watch than
Beasley and Gros/Adu for Convey because they are more offensive players.
Neither Convey or Beasley have developed in the offensive side of their
game.  They are very good defensively, but not as strong offensively.  It is
good that the league made money and sold them and now has young offensive
talent to replace them with...

I really would like to see that kid do good. He has the potential to be
really good.

He needs to work on his skills more. The cross, his finishing, and he has to
slow up his speed a bit. I think he loses some of his body control when he
is really moving causing him to make bad passes, and some inaccurate shots
when he tries to finish.

It states Convey has scored only 8 goals for DC United after playing five
seasons for them. Some other interesting info about the kid so I hope he
gets it together while overseas or they're going to kick his butt if this
stuff is true!
