Re: [nas] MLS Reserve Teams Next Year!!!!

The league would likely add four more developmental
slots to the roster, giving teams the ability to carry
up to 28 player. The reserve games would be Sundays or
Mondays after the MLS games and might only involve
in-conference teams. There would also be opportunities
to set up matches with local USL, amateur and college
clubs. Peter Wilt posted most of this on Big Soccer.

Regarding who would win, I certainly expect MLS
reserve teams to be more interested in allowing
players to develop than measuring themselves against
the A League. I could care less how the DC United
reserves do against an A League team next year as long
as the players involved get more game experience to
better prepare themselves for MLS action.
