[nas] Expansion/Realignment

Well, since it is pretty much now official that LA and Salt Lake City will
have new teams, let me throw out my "hopes."  Remember, this is from a
Dallas fan, and laugh away.

*If* a team gets relocated from either KC or San Jose, they get relocated to
either Houston or Oklahoma.  Houston would be a better market, but if either
owner is looking to have a team in a SSS and Oklahoma can provide one (but
can't get the ownership group together to do it), then that may be an
option.  Personally, I'd rather they not move teams.

I wouldn't mind another three division format as long as we're in with
Chicago.

It will be interesting to see how things go.
