Have we talked about the "Silver Goal" rules that Euro
is using?  I would not consider this OT because it's
an interesting alternative to the golden goal.

Silver goal works as follows:
If a match is tied after regulation 90 minutes, then
it goes to OT.  After the first OT, if someone has
scored a goal in OT, then that team wins.  The team
does NOT win upon scoring the goal in OT, as in the
Golden Goal rule.  If it's tied, then it goes to a 2nd
OT.  If a team is winning after the 2nd OT, then that
team wins the game.  Otherwise, if it's tied, then
they go to standard PK's.
