Now here is something no one has thought of. Is it possible that HSG set up 
this name to serve as a decoy? Another firm such as a design firm could have 
already registered the new name and is waiting until the appropriate time to 
assign that name to HSG. Similar scenario occurs when a developer wants to buy 
up blocks of land. they will use numerous shell companies to buy up the land 
later transferring the land to the real owne. this process helps to hold down 
the price of land because sellers don't know that there is a single buyer they 
assume multiple distinct buyers.
