[nas] USA-Mexico - ticket deadline reminder

The last day to get Sam's Army tickets through the private sale is
Wednesday, April 21.  After that, the section will be opened to the public
and anyone can purchase those tickets.  With the Burn starting to ramp up
some more advertizing, I would highly recommend that anyone who wants to be
in The Army for this game get their tickets by the 21st.

Sales are good - but we can use everyone we can get!
