Okay...assuming El Salvador advances past Bermuda in the qualifying round,
this match in Gillette is guaranteed to have at least half of the stadium
filled with Salvadorans.  Will the Revs folks come up with some sort of
ticket-selling scheme to try to accentuate some semblance of a USA
home-field advantage?
