The Rapids I can understand - that is a judgement call - but NE, SJ and
Chicago all have larger upsides and haven't shown the kind of weakness to
justify a lack of confidence in their ability.

DC - like I said, that is a tough call.  Are they really that strong, or did
San Jose have a bad game?  We know Landon did.

But hey - that's why I asked the question.
