Interesting that the article doesn't mention Cooper's father's NASL
career...

BTW, we need to get that kid capped - asap.  If he is good enough to
challenge in ManU's system, he is good enough for at least a U-23 callup....

BTW, SMU's coach (who has twice turned down the Burn job) was incensed at
Cooper's decision to pull out of his scholarship to SMU to go to England....
I would guess that he wouldn't have minded as much if the kid wasn't pretty
darn good.
