They were apparently receiving the news live via their earsets as the 
broadcast began today.  At the opening they simply said that it was 
"very likely" and about 10 minutes into the broadcast, they said it was 
confirmed.  My Spanish is a bit rusty when it comes to listening to 
native speakers, but I'm pretty certain that this is what they were saying.
