Team headquarters are not always in their stadiums. The Fire office is in Chicago, but not inside Soldier Field. There has been talk off and on, more than likely just rumors, though, that NYC would be getting a 2nd team. But Martinez could just be expressing interest in some possible preconstruction good lease deals to get the new office building filled up.
