My recollection is that P-40 is an exclusively MLS/Nike program.  Players
sign a P-40 contract and become professionals in MLS with a Nike shoe
contract.  The Bradenton kids are still amateurs (or at least most of them
are).

I think Bradenton is affiliated with USSF's Project 2010, not MLS/Nike's
P-40.
