I didn't have any feelings other than disappointment about Rossi till 
now, but I thought he could have shown more class with the celebration, 
the way Podolski did after scoring against Poland.  I think I rather 
dislike him now.

The Italian jerseys were historic repros of the '34 Cup, which they won.

Decent effort, but we're just not in this class yet.  Though Donovan, 
Bradley, Spector had good games.  Clint needs to get over himself.  
Thinks he's better than he is--taking on two and three Italian defenders 
with men available?  Gooch, OK till the wrong-footed whiff.  Demerit.  
Too slow.  Clark was fine till he pulled the Mastro.  Maybe not a real 
red, but why offer up the chance to have it called?  Benny, poor, except 
for the nice ball to Jozy to set up the PK, and was bumped off the ball 
by Rossi like a school child..  Adu must surely be the worst practice 
player in the world.
