Will be interesting, to say the least.  Will Fox defend it's EPL rights?  Just how big a play is ESPN going to make ?  (and I suspect a big one...)  I believe they recently got  the rights to the US Open <tennis> next year from USA Network - giving them cable broadcasting rights to all four majors.
