[nas] OT television rights

I was listening to an English podcast called 606 from the BBC. It turns 
out that England's last World Cup qualifier was only shown on Setanta to 
a British audience of around 700,000. What was more infuriating to many 
Brits was that there was no highlight package on any of the major 
stations. Setanta wanted "too much money". The vast majority of Brits 
did not see a single kick of England's World Cup qualifier.
