You have to white balance each camera - and then fine tune each camera so that they all have an almost identical color balance (brightness, contrast, etc.)
 
The brand of the camera can make a difference as well as some are a bit warmer (more reds) others colder (brighter blues)
 
I'm guessing that unlike other places ESPN travels they had to use the house feed, and the Cuban cameras are probably only slightly newer than the cars
