a point that was made by the commentators on a regular basis. they said they could hear LD screaming for the ball.

The thing that strikes me most about these away CONCACAF matches is that
between the conditions and 11 men behind the ball defenses, it doesn't
really resemble the 'real' game.

Poor lighting, field that looked like it hadn't seen a mower since who knows when and a drenching rain all contributed to making the game not 'real'

Beasley was apparently having problems with his boots as he was shown changing shoes at one point in the game
 

 

but to go totally off-topic i have to give a props to my ancestral homeland for defeating Northern Ireland
