Re: [nas] USA Roster

 Not sure in this case but He may have to be on the official roster to 
actually serve his suspension. I had this happen with an all star team in 
a tournament in another sport. I could not add an alternate. His 
suspension was not counted as served unless he was on that official 
roster.
