I do find it interesting that some people are surprised that Schellas is taking his time evaluating the players and expect more radical changes when (A) you know Schellas has a loooong leash with the Hunts, (B) he is coming in mid-season and needs to learn his players, the league, etc.  From my chair, it looks like he is doing his due diligence - and (from the perspective of once he starts to make changes, those are moves that probably can't be undone) he wants to get those decisions right, which is what he should do.

In this instance, the proof is going to be in the pudding - what those decisions are and what effect they have.
