I don't think Peralta and Gallardo would've been enough to beat Chivas.  I
thought several DCU players had worse-than-usual games, such as Fred and
Clyde Simms.  [Don't even get me started on Dyachenko, who shouldn't even be
in a DCU kit, ever.]

We were lucky that Wells had a better-than-average game.  [He certainly made
more saves than I expected him to.]   But, that was the extent of our luck
as evidenced by the 2 shots that clanged off the post.

On Jaime's PK, I think he's been lulled into a [false?] sense of security by
having made so many PKs in MLS, where only a couple keepers can save PKs.
His kick didn't have enough pace on it.

And on the stadium power...initially it was all power in half the stadium,
not just the overhead field lights, but also the signboards, video screen
mezzanine box lighting and PA system.  Once power was restored to the PA
system, the English-language announcer concluded his 'please bear with us'
announcement by adding "this is why we need a new stadium."  [I wonder what
kind of sanction/reprimand he'll receive for that public statement.]

I'm hoping Atlante retains their "form" for our match Tuesday night.  ; )
We need 3 points to stay in the tournament.
