[nas] Gol TV, Finally on TWC in NYC... soon

Effective August 6th: We will reposition SiTV from ch. 820 to ch. 854.  We will launch GOL TV on both ch. 820 (Spanish*) & 459 (English*). It will be included in DTV en Espaņol and in the Sports tier.

*These are my guesses here.
