Hmmm, this is the country where McCain wanted to send one of his 
main economic advisers, Phil Gramm, to be ambassador. McCain's 
comment was made after Gramm said that the US economy was only in 
a "mental recession" and that too many Americans are "whining" about 
the economy.

If Gramm is looking for a drinking buddy, I think I know where to find 
one. :-)
