And to clarify – EPL is arguably (with La Liga) the best league in the world, but that’s mainly because of the top 4 teams which are more World teams than EPL. If MLS can get them, tant mieux… if not, it’s Fulham in a different colored shirt…

Good question - not sure what efforts have been made to reach out to those teams. I'm sure they would bring the same positive response (Inter would be nuts, esp. with their new gaffer - it would be interesting to see how the team might play different than when he came with Chelsea).

But bear in mind all this started with CD Guadalajara - it isn't as if it has all been EPL/SPL.
