Here's an estimate on the higher end of what one might call reasonable. 
 Say Hong hits 60% of his incentives and stays two seasons (it's 
unrealistic to believe MLS would pay that kind of transfer fee without a 
multi-year deal).  That would be right at about $800k per.  Now, any 
player who could his 60% of those incentives must be worth at least 
$60k, even if his name was John Smith.  So subtract that out, and you 
have $740k.  Divide that by $30 a ticket and by 15 home games, and you 
have about 1,650 tix per game.

That's if:

a) he's not one of the better defenders in the league (which would make 
him worth more than $60k)
b) he doesn't stay longer than the two years
and c) he still hits 60% of the incentives both years (which would mean 
the incentives were rather poorly designed).
