Seems optimistic to expect an increase of nearly 3000 per game although it will surely be hard to evaluate as there will be lots of interest due to the new facility. I recall GM Hamilton being quoted as thanking the Korean Community for making this move possible...generally speaking ?....or is it possible that some person or organization is doing some financial underwriting? It's all really pretty interesting as there was a lot of talk around Korean Night about Galaxy involvement with Korean youth soccer.....incidentally, Asian faces were rare at the Rose Bowl at all games other than the Korean Night promotion....We'll all know the answers on this date in 2003 ... interesting

Interesting financial data for Hong:
Base: ~$259k
Incentives: ~$224k
Transfer Fee: ~$812k
Total 1st year investment:
~$1.3MM / $30 ticket = ~ 43,333 tickets
which = 2888 extra fans per game to break even....
How many showed up on Korean Night? 3000?
Will they come back for 15 games? Or with
the new seating/pricing packages, will it
just not matter?
Hong might actually make sense. There is no way
the league recouped the $4MM Cuspidor investment.
