Brief FU -- the LA-SJ series would be even on points and goals for-against
if San Jose were to win at home, 2-1 on Saturday.  If LA ties the game, they
are the No. 1 seed.

Neither Dallas nor Colorado can be caught for the 4 or 5 seeds.  The Crew
might pass them on points, but would already be ahead of them because of
winning the East (no team can pass the Crew and pass Dallas and Colorado).

It looks like San Jose has the season series on Colorado (both won at home
twice, but San Jose wins on a 6-4 gd -- although it was interesting to see
that neither team scored on the other pitch.  All games were home team
shutouts).

Sorry folks, but I am not going to take the time to figure out the mess at
the bottom.  Hopefully the league will put out a press release with the
tie-breaker stuff for the bottom end of things.
