RE: [nas] Young American offered contract by Arsenal



Hmm - but even Upson is having problems there breaking through after a few 
years with the side. He's out on Loan to a division 1 team. Another 
youngster Graham Barret is in line to break through, but Wenger does not 
always promote quickly - maybe that's just in Goal though (Manninger, 
Wright). It usually take financial troubles for teams to have anything 
above an average youth promotion policy.

Does anybody know if U.S. Clubs have player development/loan affiliations 
with British  or Euro Clubs?
