Excellent training ground-  poor place to try and break through.
Arsenal are so loaded, it is tough for young players to come through
and get a first team spot. 
BUT...it can be done. Ashley Cole,  Matty Upson will be playing soon,
Aldeire will as well, Jermaine Pennant will be a star and get some more
time this year etc.

  Just have to pay some dues and get some loan experience.
