And they did so correctly. JOB _is_ an USian.
American, the term, has been co-opted by the
United States over time. To the point that
much of the rest of the world uses that term
in a manner which is not linguistically correct.
The two continents of the western hemisphere
were named after Amerigo Vespucci; for centuries,
in many languages, and in many cultures, any
person, nation or entity residing in the "western"
hemisphere were labeled and described as American.
Many of you may have noticed that for the past
7 years on NAS I've used the term <USian> which
is the contraction of <United Statesian>.
All residents of every country from Canada to
Chile are Americans.
USians are Citizens of the United States of America,
Quarterfinalists in the 2002 Glass of the World Wide
