That would be me! Living in San Diego, I've had a lot more Mexico support
then waiting for the US to show up.

That includes any US vs. Mexico match up in the last 4 yrs. Most of my
Mexican-American friends root for both teams. The losers who root for only
El Tri at the LA Coliseum et al. Are pissed off more about the social
ramifications then about who has the better team. The same people who root
against the US in the Gold Cup also root against any team that is against
the Mexico (I remember watching Mexico vs. Jamaica in the previous Gold Cup
and having the Jamacian team bombared from the Mexican fans.)
